Position: CNC Programmer Machinist

What You’ll Do

View CAD models and assemblies to produce a program in HyperMill or Mastercam to run in Haas and YCM 3-Axis Mills.
Execute machining operations with precision, ensuring part accuracy and meeting production deadlines.
Optimize machining and design processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to align on priorities.
Drive innovation by adopting new machining and CAD technologies.
Ensure quality control and maintain a safe, organized work environment.
Safely run and maintain machines as needed.
Trouble shoot and assist in machine maintenance and repair.

What You’ll Bring

High school diploma
Completion of a State Registered Apprenticeship program or bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or related field a plus.
2-4+ years of experience in CNC programming, machining, and CAD design

Experience in HyperMill CAM software for CNC programming; experience with MasterCam.
SolidWorks Professional or Associate certification (e.g., CSWP, CSWA).
Completion of HyperMill training courses (HyperMILL Training).
Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
